So many of you asked me the details of my Detox week so I thought it may be helpful to show you what I do.
First of all, here is my 7 day schedule:
As you can see I do not have any solid food, only liquids. During the day you should constantly drink a lot of water, fresh juice and herbal teas otherwise you obtain the exactly opposite effect. However, if you cannot manage having only liquids you can easily have some raw food( vegetables, fruit, etc.). I can share with you some of my favorites dishes to try and the most tasty juices to prepare at home!
I think everyone needs a detox cleanse at least once per year. I know it may sound too hard or even useless but believe me the results worth it all!At the termine of the week my skin changes so much, is hydrated and perfect. The pores disappear and and the natural glow finally shows up. What a miracle… All this happens because you finally cleanse your body from all the toxins, you finally shed all that toxic fat without loosing any muscle mass.
The benefits are so many you can’t even immagine. Strong shiny hair, flat belly, perfect skin and high level energy! You name it, you have it…

Do you have some sun in your sky? Paris is cloudy today, pfff.
I started my day with a glass of a Psyllium-Bentonite shake which purifies my organism from the accumulated toxins and fat. To be honest the first time I tasted it I was disgusted and I thought I would never be able to have this every morning for a week. But then I figured out that by adding some watermelon juice instead of water it tastes delicious! This way I love having it and I always want more.
What you need:
1. You chop the watermelon and put the pieces in your blender for a few minutes.
2. Now you pour the juice into a glass by using a sieve or a coffee filter (I do this way as the holes are tiny) and squeeze out as much liquid as you can.
3. You add a full tablespoon of liquid bentonite and one teaspoon of the psyllium powder, stir carefully, wait a few seconds and just enjoy this delicious and healthy shake.
Right after you have to drink another glass of water and keep drinking during the day.
The most important thing, when you use this shake for your detox, is to drink 2 lt. of water daily. This way you help the purification and you avoid a constipation. For me is really hard to drink that much but I found some great ideas on how to make it easier and now I manage to drink over 2 lt. by day. More details on my detox schedule are coming soon…

We spent the day by having some shopping for my voyagè in Cannes next days, Weehhheee! Now we are home watching the football match ESP-FRA, fingers crossed!
As you already know I’m having a Detox this week and I’m almost done, tomorrow is my last day, so far so good. I am really satisfied on how I did and the results are already visible on my body and skin. When I have concluse it I will show you all the benefits and more details. I have just prepared my veggie broth which has been my dinner for the week and I thought to share the recipe with you since it is really easy to make and tastes delicious.
You’ll need:
- 2 lt. of water
- 2 red onions
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1 fennel bulb
- 2 stalks celery
- 3 cloves garlic
- Parsley
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 2 tbsp oregano
- Fresh grounded pepper
- Cayenne
Wash your vegetables and chop them coarsely. Fill a pot with 2 lt. of water and add all the ingredients, cover and let them boil for an hour. When the broth is ready I suggest you to separate the vegetables from the liquid - since I’m having a liquid detox I only drink the broth. I also add some olive oil and a few drops of organic lemon.

I had this broth for a week and I never gor bored of its taste, so delicious and light. This way I get all the precious vitamins of the vegetables and I help my organism to get purified. If you try it let me know what you think dolls.
