My Hair Care Routine!

Many of you ask me how I manage to keep my long hair so healthy, so I thought it would be nice to share with you some of my “secrets”… I choose very carefully the products I put on them as I’m getting married this year and I really want them to glow!

First of all, you have to know that I’ve never dyed my hair, in my entire life! I’m pretty lucky ‘cause I really like my natural color and I’m never gonna change it… however, I daily stress my poor hair by using hot tools for styling so I have to take deep care of them. I wash them every second day, this way they have the time to produce their natural oils which are very important for the p.H balance.

I do always use a pre-shampoo treatment… by doing so my hair won’t get tangled during the shampoo process and it would be so easy to comb through. My favorite product is the Philip Kingsley Elasticizer Extreme.

I apply it in sections (mostly on my ends), I put on my shower cap and leave it on for 30 min. (in the meanwhile you can have your scrub done or even your nails and eyebrows). Then, I wash my hair with a good shampoo.

I’m currently using this reconstructing shampoo by John Masters Organics and my hair totally loves it! I’ve never felt them so soft and light as I do with this one and I love the glow it donates them. Moreover, it’s all organic babes!!!

As for the conditioner, I use the Pureology Pure Volume for that healthy extra volume. I never liked conditioners as they make my hair feel heavy and oily, but this one is fantastic, so incredibly mild that makes my hair feel like a feather!

Once my hair is damp I apply my John Masters Organic Scalp and Volumizer treatment (“It’s a leave in solution that promotes healthy growth”).

I just spray it into my roots and massage. Since I’ve been using it I’ve seen a huge improvement: my hair has grown even faster and I feel them stronger than ever. I can’t live without it anymore and luckily this little miracle in the bottle lasts forever!

When I have some extra time I prefer to leave my hair get dry naturally, when that is not possible I always apply a few more products on my hair before the blow dry and styling to protect them even more… I could write them down for you if you like!
